Ingredients

Rotisserie Chicken

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and place the rotisserie chicken at the bottom of a small skillet.
Layer the diced cream cheese, shredded Chihuahua cheese, diced pepper jack, buffalo sauce, Old Bay Seasoning, and paprika on top. Do not mix.
Bake in the oven for 12 minutes once preheated.
While it bakes, crush the Ritz crackers and mix with grated Parmesan cheese. Pro tip: use a plastic bag and shake to crush evenly.
Carefully remove the skillet from the oven (caution: hot!) and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Spread the Ritz and Parmesan mixture evenly on top, then bake for another 8 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Let cool slightly.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
