1Yellow Oniondiced
Burger Sauce
1cupMayo
6tablespoonKetchup
4tablespoonYellow Mustard
6tablespoonSweet Relish
1teaspoonGarlicminced
1teaspoonOnion Powder
1teaspoonPaprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2tablespoonRoasted Beef Better Than Bouillon
Instructions
First, dice the yellow onion and set it aside. Next, in a small bowl, mix the mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, and seasonings. Then season with salt and pepper and stir until smooth.
Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Once cooked, stir in the Worcestershire sauce and Roasted Beef Better Than Bouillon. Mix until thoroughly combined, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Now, lay a tortilla flat and cut halfway up from the bottom to the center. To assemble, add cheese to the bottom left section, spoon the ground beef onto the top left, and then sprinkle shredded lettuce and diced onion over the entire right side. After that, add a few pickle slices and drizzle with burger sauce.
Next, fold the tortilla clockwise. Fold the bottom left over the top left, then fold that section over the top right, and finally fold down to the bottom right to form a layered quesadilla.
Then, place the quesadilla in a skillet over medium heat and cook until the tortilla turns golden and the cheese melts, flipping to brown each side evenly.
Finally, remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining tortillas. Serve warm with extra burger sauce for dipping and enjoy!
