This Honey Garlic Chicken Ramen is an easy crockpot meal packed with tender chicken, rich honey garlic flavor, and ramen noodles. Simply cook the chicken with garlic, Bachan’s Sweet Honey Japanese Barbeque Sauce, and chicken broth, then shred and add ramen noodles. Finish with optional green onions, sesame seeds, or red pepper flakes for a cozy, protein-packed dinner the whole family will love.
Garlic press or knife and cutting board (for mincing garlic)
Two forks (for shredding the chicken)

Ingredients
1-2lbChicken Thighs
3packsRamen Noodles (Dry)remove seasoning packets
1cupBachan's Sweet Honey Japanese Barbecue Sauce
2tablespoonMinced Garlic
2cupsChicken Broth

Instructions
Place the chicken in the bottom of a large crockpot. Add the garlic, Bachan's Sweet Honey Japanese Barbeque Sauce, and chicken broth. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks.
Add 3 packets of dry ramen noodles (do not use the seasoning packets) and stir so the broth coats the noodles. Cover and cook for another 30 minutes, or until the noodles soften.
Stir everything together and serve immediately. Top with optional green onions, sesame seeds, or red pepper flakes if desired. Enjoy!
