Puppy Chow / Muddy Buddies
This is a quick, no-bake snack made with crunchy cereal, pretzels, creamy peanut butter, rich white chocolate, and a sweet powdered sugar coating. Finished with candies and sprinkles, it’s an easy, customizable treat that’s perfect for parties, holidays, or everyday snacking.

- Large gallon-sized zip-top bag
- Large mixing or serving bowl
Ingredients
- 4 cups Chex Rice Cereal
- 1 cup Plain Cherrios Cereal
- 1 cup Salted Pretzels
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Salted Butter melted
- ¾ cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Candy of Choice
- ½ cup Sprinkles of Choice
Instructions
- First, add the white vanilla melting wafers, salted butter, and peanut butter to a microwave-safe bowl, then microwave in 30-second intervals and stir between each round until smooth and fully melted. Stir the mixture well until everything combines into a creamy, glossy sauce.
- Then, add the Chex Rice cereal, plain Cheerios cereal, pretzels, the peanut butter mixture, and the powdered sugar to a large gallon-sized zip-top bag.
- After that, seal the bag tightly and shake and turn it until all the pieces are thoroughly coated. Pour the mixture into a large bowl, add the candies and sprinkles of choice.
- Finally, gently toss until well combined. Serve immediately and enjoy!
