These Sweet Roll Italian Sliders use soft Kings Hawaiian rolls layered with melty cheese and classic Italian meats, then baked until golden. Finished with a fresh slider slaw, they make an easy family dinner or the perfect crowd friendly appetizer for parties and game day.
First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. While it heats, slice the Kings Hawaiian rolls horizontally and set the tops aside.
Next, build the sliders. Spread mayo over the bottom layer of the rolls, then evenly layer provolone cheese, followed by salami, pepperoni, and ham. Finish with another layer of provolone cheese.
Then start baking. Place the bottom half of the rolls with the toppings into a 13x9 pan and bake for 7 minutes, just until the cheese melts.
Meanwhile, make the slider slaw. Dice the tomatoes, then add them to a bowl with shredded lettuce, red wine vinegar, white wine vinegar, and mayo. Toss until fully combined and set aside.
Next, prepare the butter baste. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, Kinders The Blend seasoning, and Italian seasoning until combined.
Now assemble and finish baking. Carefully remove the pan from the oven, place the top rolls back on, and spread the butter mixture evenly over the tops. Return to the oven and bake for another 7 minutes, until golden brown.
Finally, cool and serve. Let the sliders cool slightly, slice fully through along the pre cut lines, lift the tops, add the slider slaw, and serve with your favorite side. Enjoy!
