Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage

Heavy Cream

Salted Butter
(1 stick, 8 tbsp)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown the sausage in a large pot until fully cooked, then melt in the butter and stir to combine.
Gradually add the flour, stirring continuously until the mixture becomes smooth and fully incorporated.
Slowly pour in the heavy cream and milk, stirring as it thickens, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until thick and creamy, remove from heat, and serve over biscuits, in breakfast burritos, or however you like. Enjoy!
